Reliance Power Ltd. IPO may soon hit the markets and promises to be one of the biggest IPOs. The company has proposed public issue of about 260 million equity shares of face value Rs 10/- each. The equity shares are proposed to be listed both on NSE as well as BSE.
The lead managers are likely to be Kotak, UBS, ABN AMRO, Deutsche, Enam, ICICI Securities, JM Financial and J.P. Morgan and the Registrar to the issue will be Karvy Computershare Pvt Ltd.
