Shipping Corporation of India FPO, which closes for subscription today, has been bid 4.63 times on an overall basis till December 3, 2010 1700 hrs IST. The Retail Category has gained augmented subscription and is now overbid by about 4.65 times

Shipping Corporation of India FPO consists of 84,690,730 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each in a price band of Rs.135/- to Rs.140/- per equity share. The Retail Category would get a discount of 5% on the Issue Price
